Prime Minister-designate Iurie Leanca chaired a cabinet meeting today
The ministers amended the third point of the annex No 2 to the government’s decision No 246 of 8 April 2010 on the “enforcement of the zero rate value added tax for the delivery of goods and services provided on the territory of the country as well as on granting fiscal and customs facilities for technical and investment assistance abroad”. The draft law also provides for the substitution of the contract “No 1/2798 -3913 of 29 February 2012” with the contract “No 1/3029 – 4315 of 2 April 2013”. The restricted deadlines for the execution of construction works triggered the need to adopt the draft law in a priority regime. Thus, a new contract was signed.
