Prime Minister Vlad Filat today chaired a cabinet meeting
Opening the meeting, Filat reminded the ministers of the responsibilities they have and requested that all civil servants of the central public administration authorities should fulfill their duties unconditionally. The prime minister said that those who cannot cope with their duties would be sanctioned. Filat referred inclusively to media reports about problems related to the supply of goods needed by residential institutions for children. He asked for a detailed analysis of the situation in all institutions and for taking the measures needed. |

Prime Minister Vlad Filat today held a meeting with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski in Warsaw
Vlad Filat highly praised the quality and consistency the Moldovan-Polish dialogue has registered over 20 years. Filat said Poland is becoming an incontestable European leader, with an increased influence and its voice being heard more and more on the regional and international arena. Filat also congratulated Poland on its remarkable economic success achieved in the last years. |

Attending the meeting were the co-chairwoman of the EU-Moldova Parliamentary Cooperation Committee, Monica Macovei, the committee's deputy chairwoman, Tatjana Danoka, a MEP of the group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, Cristian Silviu Busoi, a member of the bureau of the parliamentary group of the European People's Party, Elena Băsescu, Member of the European Parliament, Tadeusz Zwiefka, and the political officer of the European Union Delegation in Chisinau, Dirk Lorenz. |

Prime Minister Vlad Filat signed an order on ensuring public access to cadastral data
Given the indications of the prime minister at the government's meeting of 18 October 2012, on the need to ensure the transparency of the real estate market and public access to cadastral data and the order signed today, Filat requires the state enterprise Cadastru, e-Governance centre, Regional Development and Constructions Minister and the State Chancellery to:-identify technical and normative needs in order to ensure public access to cadastral data and liquidate payments that are currently requested for these services;-to place the service on www.servicii.gov.md-to adjust, if necessary, the normative basis and current technical framework in order to ensure public access to cadastral data, including the history of estate owners registered by the state enterprise Cadastru, as well as the cadastral data related to purchase-sale costs of estate and plots of land; to ensure public access to this information as well. |
