Meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian with the representatives of the delegation of Finland to the OSCE

On 10 June 2022, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian held a working meeting with the Permanent Representative of Finland to the OSCE, Ambassador Vesa Häkkinen, accompanied by the Special Adviser to Finland's Permanent Delegation to the OSCE, Karoliina Rajala, who conducts a documentation visit to the Republic of Moldova.

In this context, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian highlighted the key elements of the Transnistrian settlement process, recent developments observed lately also in the context of regional security, short- and medium-term prospects, but also the priorities of Chișinău in this regard.

It should be noted that in 2025, the OSCE acting Presidency will be taken over by Finland, which indicates the interest shown in the Transnistrian case.
