Participation of the Deputy Prime Minister for reintegration Oleg Serebrian in the public event with the generic ”The new context of regional security. Approaches and recommendations for the analysis of the Transnistrian conflict”

On June 3, 2022, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian attended a public event entitled “The New Context of Regional Security. Approaches and recommendations for the analysis of the Transnistrian conflict ”, organized by the Promo-LEX Association, in collaboration with the Civil Partnership Forum of the Eastern Partnership and with other institutions within the academic and associative environment.

During the discussions with the representatives of central public authorities, public associations and academia, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian reviewed the current situation in the dialogue between Chisinau and Tiraspol, current issues on the agenda of negotiations and approaches of Chisinau regarding them, highlighting the new security architecture outlined in the context of the war in Ukraine.

Furthermore, during the dialogue, the expectations regarding the activity of the associative, informational and academic environment were revealed on aspects regarding the development of the research process, expertise, media and support in order to generate visions of effective public policies that can be promoted by public authorities from the Republic of Moldova.
