Meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister for reintegration with the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in the Republic of Moldova

Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian welcomed today, May 19, 2022, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Moldova, Pavol Ivan, on a courtesy visit.

During the meeting, the two officials had an exchange of views on topics of common interest on the bilateral, European and international agenda, highlighting the common desire to strengthen good traditional relations between the Republic of Moldova and Slovakia.

The talks also focused on the Transnistrian negotiation and settlement process, reiterating Slovakia's support for a peaceful and political solution, as well as for maintaining a constructive dialogue within the established interaction formats.
